Helen Pailthorpe Special Care Dental Link

Helen Pailthorpe is Head of Service for Berkshire Community Dental Service (CDS) and is a Specialist in Special Care Dentistry treating a wide variety of patients with special needs in both the clinic and hospital setting. She has worked in the SCDS for most of her working life including 3 years in Aylesbury and Milton Keynes but has also spent time in GDP. Helen has been a tutor in the Oxford Deanery and was Chair of Thames Valley MCN for Special Care and Paediatric Dentistry. She was Chair and then President of BDA CDS Group and has been awarded Life membership of the BDA.

When not at work her priority is her family, but she is also a keen vegetable grower and cook.  She has more cookery books than dental books!
